Conta Plena was founded in Funchal to answer a problem we kept meeting: capable people moving to Madeira, or setting up here from abroad, facing a tax and compliance system they could not easily read, often in a language they did not yet speak.
We close that gap. Our certified accountants pair a working knowledge of Portuguese regulation and the Madeira International Business Centre with an international way of working: multilingual, responsive and free of jargon.
