Investment Projects & Studies
The research and the financial case behind your investment — market studies, feasibility studies and the full project file, built so you can decide with evidence and take it all the way to approval.
From first research to formal approval
A market study looks outward at demand and competitors. A feasibility study tests those findings against your costs and financing. An investment project packages the viable case as a formal file and carries it through to a decision. We do all three — separately, or as one connected piece of work.
Market analysis
Sizing the demand for what you're planning, in the location you're planning it, using available sector and regional data.
Competitor mapping
Who else is already serving this market, at what price point, and where the gaps and pressure points actually sit.
Cost & revenue modelling
Start-up costs, fixed and variable running costs, and realistic revenue scenarios built into a working financial model.
Feasibility & viability
Payback, return on investment and break-even — plus what happens to each if the key assumptions move against you.
Incentive & funding applications
Identifying the national and regional support schemes your project may qualify for, and preparing the file to match their criteria.
Submission & follow-up
Filing the project with the relevant body, answering requests for clarification, and tracking it through to a decision.
Built for people about to commit capital
First-time founders
Testing whether the idea stands up economically before spending money on it.
Businesses expanding
Adding premises, capacity or a new line, and needing the investment case checked and built.
Applicants for financing
Approaching a bank, an investor or a funding programme that requires a substantiated, defensible file.

Good to know
What's the difference between a market study, a feasibility study and an investment project?
A market study looks outward — demand, competitors, pricing and positioning. A feasibility study takes those findings and tests them against your costs and financing to establish whether the project is viable. An investment project then packages the viable case as a formal file — projections, business plan and documentation — and carries it through submission and approval. Many clients need all three, and we usually deliver them as one connected piece of work.
Will the study tell me not to go ahead?
If that's what the numbers show, yes. The point of the exercise is to find out before you commit capital, not to justify a decision already made. A negative conclusion is a useful result.
Can the work be used to apply for bank financing or public funding?
Yes. We prepare everything in a format suitable for lenders and funding programmes, with the projections and supporting assumptions set out in full. Tell us at the outset who it's for, so we structure it accordingly. Eligibility rules and application windows change, so we'll tell you honestly which routes are realistic before any work begins.
What do you need from me to start?
A clear description of the investment or idea, an estimate of the amounts involved, and your recent accounts if the company is already trading. We build the rest with you.
Does approval guarantee the funding is paid?
No. Approved projects carry reporting and execution obligations, and payments are usually released against evidence of the investment actually made. We keep the accounting aligned so those milestones are met.
